At Lunda Foundation, Our learnership is a training programme that includes both theoretical and practical components.
The Skill learnership program at Lunda Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills they need to build sustainable livelihoods. Through our comprehensive training programs, we provide job-readiness training, technical skills, and entrepreneurship workshops, equipping individuals to create opportunities for themselves and their families.
By promoting self-reliance and economic independence, our Human Development initiatives aim to break the cycle of poverty and foster growth within the community. Each participant gains valuable tools that enable them to take charge of their futures and contribute positively to society.
What We Offer:
- Job-Readiness Training: Skills to prepare for and succeed in the workforce.
- Technical Skills Training: Practical skills such as computer literacy, sewing, and baking.
- Entrepreneurship Workshops: Resources and mentorship to help individuals start their own businesses.
